How do you talk to you?

I have good chats and really not good chats.
I can talk to myself with good intentions, self aware and I hear myself say:

I can

I shall

I do

I have

Yet I can even in a matter of moments be saying to myself with self doubt, fear, lack of with :

You can’t

You don’t

You should

You wont

The distinction is clear I vs you. I have done the stuff I wanted to get done when I choose to talk to myself kindly, knowing, aware and even in times of stress and duress with I.
